The ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee and Orthopaedic Sports Surgery) Conference was held in Cancun, Mexico on the 12th to 16th May. Mr Weber attended this Conference which focussed on knee, shoulder and sports arthroscopy. He learned more about meniscal repair, and advanced techniques of shoulder and knee reconstruction.
The MAKO Robot Guided Unicompartmental Knee Replacement workshop was held in Sydney on the 1st June 2019. Mr Andrew Weber and Mr Peter Hamilton attended this workshop.

Richard Large attended the Shoulder Arthroplasty Masters Meeting on 7th September 2018. Two World Leading surgeons were flown in from France and Canada to share their experiences.
